  5. Update the app with bug fixes

    Our employees constantly have problems with the app clocking them in and out correctly. I even stopped using the app and just log my time after I get done with my shift. It will try to process your request and never clock you out or clock you out like 4hrs later or whatever random time it picks. It always glitches out. I spent 3 hours fixing everyone's time last week.

  7. Will like to be able to give diferent color to my daily schedule task according to my importance, to be able to keep more focus.

    Some time I do have an schedule appioment set that can not be modified or need to take care of it asap in my schedule and will like to be able to provide a diferent color easily, as important, medium, not urgent, etc.

  8. Change the color of the jobs that are placed on the schedule for billing, not complete, ect.

    I have trouble keeping track of what scheduled jobs are complete, so once I bill them out I just delete them to avoid confusion. That makes it to where I can't use 90% of the charting features.

  9. in reports - have it start with the current month and year

    when reports are needed on a weekly basis for payroll, it would be nice not have to scroll through all the month and years and have it pull up the current time frame.

  10. time zone settings for different employees in different states.

    We have employees in different states so maybe having a setting in the employee tabs were we set there info up to put what time zone they are in and have hrs recoreded per their time zone. It gets confusing looking at employee spreadsheets and jobs and trying to remember what time zone they were in. I will look at an employees time and think why did he login at 5 am when it was actually 7am...

  12. Add means of reports on the details of the job not just time stamps...so if I want reports to see if jobs have been paid.

    I'd like to be able to see more than just time stamps in reports. There are many details in those jobs that I'd like to keep track of.

  13. Add a way to keep track of the billing side of jobs...tracking jobs are paid and which are still outstanding

    inside a job there needs to be billing options and a way to keep track of who has paid and who has not
    reports to run daily or weekly or monthly etc

  14. View Who's Working Now - Allow Senior Field Personnel To Manage

    The foremen should be able to select whatever employees are assigned to them for that day/week without being labeled ADMIN. They should be able to control WHO THEY CAN VIEW. Unfortunately, current setting do not allow them to filter who they can and cannot see.
    Please developers! Add an option for foremen to add crews under themselves. THANK YOU.

  16. Rounding time up/down for payroll using 7 minute rule.

    7-Minute Rule. When a company tracks work time in 15-minute increments, the cutoff point for rounding down is 7 full minutes. ... If the employee works at least 8 full minutes, the employer must round up.

  18. We'd like to have the option to disable the START BREAK option in the app.

    Different groups of workers might require different rules for breaks. For example, one group gets paid for all breaks while others don't get paid.
    If the administrator could disable the option for those workers, then it'd be easier to manage their timesheets

    The initial and last long distance travel hours would have more than 1 job assigned. Say our estimator travels 4-5 hours - at arrival he will then be going to 5 job locations all within 1/2hr of each other. Instead of having to break out the initial and end travel into the 5 jobs, just be able to add the jobs to those times in one group.
