  1. Add a way to keep track of the billing side of jobs...tracking jobs are paid and which are still outstanding

    inside a job there needs to be billing options and a way to keep track of who has paid and who has not
    reports to run daily or weekly or monthly etc

    can we get a web notice if a new version release for either android or apple is not applied to a users phone after a week of release. it would save me guessing if my employees are operating on current versions

  3. View Who's Working Now - Allow Senior Field Personnel To Manage

    The foremen should be able to select whatever employees are assigned to them for that day/week without being labeled ADMIN. They should be able to control WHO THEY CAN VIEW. Unfortunately, current setting do not allow them to filter who they can and cannot see.
    Please developers! Add an option for foremen to add crews under themselves. THANK YOU.

  5. Real Time GPS Tracking While on clock and outside of GPS fencing. This can be integrated with a mileage tracker.

    Since real time GPS tracking will drain battery, perhaps it can be a feature that automatically turns on when the employee leaves the worksite geo fencing and while still on the clock. We often send runners on supply runs and this would be extremely helpful to ensure that our employees are not taking advantage of our time while on runs. It would also be great to have a mileage tracker integrated (or separate) into such a feature.

  7. Rounding time up/down for payroll using 7 minute rule.

    7-Minute Rule. When a company tracks work time in 15-minute increments, the cutoff point for rounding down is 7 full minutes. ... If the employee works at least 8 full minutes, the employer must round up.

  9. We'd like to have the option to disable the START BREAK option in the app.

    Different groups of workers might require different rules for breaks. For example, one group gets paid for all breaks while others don't get paid.
    If the administrator could disable the option for those workers, then it'd be easier to manage their timesheets

    Either create more roles or create more options for the employee role that would allow an employee to create a job via the website (not just from the mobile app).

  12. Choose more than 1 job for Travel/Estimating

    The initial and last long distance travel hours would have more than 1 job assigned. Say our estimator travels 4-5 hours - at arrival he will then be going to 5 job locations all within 1/2hr of each other. Instead of having to break out the initial and end travel into the 5 jobs, just be able to add the jobs to those times in one group.

    It would be great to add a feature, that would enable admin to send out general mass messages to employees, via email and push notifications, with options to send individually or company wide.Much like the current scheduling feature that notifies employees.

  14. Scheduling set default time and count number of employees scheduled for a job

    As I do scheduling it does not highlight the name of the employee once assigned a job or give me a count of how many bodies I have done so far. This would be a visual aid.

    Let me set up my own default time (7:00 to 3:30)

    We would love to have a customer option. So you select Customer, then job then task, so that we can separate our jobs out as per customer

    Approval via the app rather than only approval on website. Also a required approval setting so they have to approve it.

  17. Lists for individual jobs, visible only to admins

    It would be great to have a function where you can make a list per job that only the admins can see.

    More so a to-do list for each job so that when we close out the job the admin can ensure that all items have been checked off? Doesn't need to be complex but using Trello, to-do lists and ClockShark, as they are not integrated, becomes a bit annoying.

  19. Add and Employee ID Field

    Please add the ability for an employee ID Field - AlphaNumeric - MOST payroll processing companies requre this for processing payroll. WIth Clock Shark, each week I have to go and manually enter the EMPLOYEE ID prior to importing into our payroll processing system.
