  1. Create more roles or permissions in existing roles

    Either create more roles or create more options for the employee role that would allow an employee to create a job via the website (not just from the mobile app).

  2. Choose more than 1 job for Travel/Estimating

    The initial and last long distance travel hours would have more than 1 job assigned. Say our estimator travels 4-5 hours - at arrival he will then be going to 5 job locations all within 1/2hr of each other. Instead of having to break out the initial and end travel into the 5 jobs, just be able to add the jobs to those times in one group.

  3. General compnay messages

    It would be great to add a feature, that would enable admin to send out general mass messages to employees, via email and push notifications, with options to send individually or company wide.Much like the current scheduling feature that notifies employees.

  4. Scheduling

    As I do scheduling it does not highlight the name of the employee once assigned a job or give me a count of how many bodies I have done so far. This would be a visual aid.

    We would love to have a customer option. So you select Customer, then job then task, so that we can separate our jobs out as per customer

    Approval via the app rather than only approval on website. Also a required approval setting so they have to approve it.

  7. Lists for individual jobs, visible only to admins

    It would be great to have a function where you can make a list per job that only the admins can see.

    More so a to-do list for each job so that when we close out the job the admin can ensure that all items have been checked off? Doesn't need to be complex but using Trello, to-do lists and ClockShark, as they are not integrated, becomes a bit annoying.

  8. Restrict the Export to ADP button to limit permission to the Payroll Admin or granted access only.

    This should not be tied to managers who can edit timecards. Only the payroll admin should have access or individual who has granted access to export to the payroll processing site should have this ability.

    Please add the ability for an employee ID Field - AlphaNumeric - MOST payroll processing companies requre this for processing payroll. WIth Clock Shark, each week I have to go and manually enter the EMPLOYEE ID prior to importing into our payroll processing system.

  15. Add Attendance Policy / "Points System"

    Each employee would have a set start and end time... late punches and early outs would cause the employee to accrue "points" ... very standard in manufacturing shops.
    Also, need some sort of quick "call-in" item that can be placed on an employee with a points deduction.

  17. daily log book for admin and formen

    formen to post daily job notes, be attached to the time sheet each day or attached to a job that only admin can see, so daily note are posted what went on that day or employee info, so when the days pass and we forget what happened on that particular date or way to document job site conditions to back up any problems that may occur form jobsite conditions or change orders, etc

  18. We would like to see an area that employee can log Perdiem for that day.

    Our company travels in multiple states and would love to be able to add expenses and Perdiem to the timesheet. Even just a checkbox for there rate would be great until expense drop down menu's could be added.

  19. Report headers and page numbers

    Payroll detail report does not have headers or page number. When an employee's hours go to a second page it does not show the employee name. Page numbers is helpful to make sure that the complete report is printed. I also use this report to submit to my payroll company and page number would be helpful in verifying the complete reports was submitted to the payroll company.

  20. Text formatting options in Notes

    With notes being adjusted to 2000 character limit (would prefer Unlimited), I’d like to see the option where we can format our notes, allow us to add bold text, underline, enter image (logo, photo), custom tables (rows, tables), etc. maybe allow HTML formatting? Would love to see this data transferred into a CSV for historical records.
