In the scheduling window add shift - where the date and start/end time are selected can you display the day of the week that is selected.
When you set a new schedule it defaults to the current date. Often we are just focused on setting the time and not noticing the date selected is not the date we want. If it showed the day of the week it would be a visual clue on date selected. We tend to work day of the week rather than date.1 vote
Hey Guy, thanks for sharing your feedback with us!
I have good news for you, we are currently in the process of updating the add time and add schedule controls and this is one of the improvements actually. So these will be released shortly, I will let you know when they are.
Could there also be an add time button at the bottom of the last time added?2 votes
The work on this has begun and will be released shortly.
We have some new updates coming to the Timesheets and one of them is that the “Add Time” button will follow you down the page when viewing the time for a user.
Allow admins an option to flag individual days for specific employees with customized alerts, and have these flags be searchable. For instance, every time an employee is late, an admin could create a flag with an alert using the keyword "LATE". The admin could then search through a specified date range to find all instances where this flag had been added to the employee's times.9 votes
Hey there, thanks for sharing your idea, and allowing folks to have a forum to support and vote for it.
We are currently in the process of building a report that does something very similar. This report would be able to give you all the notifications like “late in”, “missing clock out”, “out of bounds”, etc. for certain employees and days.

The work on this feature has been started. This also includes some new features to both the timesheets and the schedules. Exciting things coming soon!
