Client Info (Phone, Email, Notes about client) should have dedicated spot under details.
There should be a way when adding a Job to add the Clients contact info (name, phone, notes such as gate access/personal note about client) and this info should show up at the top of the Details page. As of now you have to manually type in any contact info into the job notes (which should be reserved for notes about the job). This would not only look better from a UI perspective but would save the employee's time by having it under the Job name/# (above the address line).

Add Overtime by Job Report
This report would help companies that need to bill overtime by job. Currently you can see your overtime totals but cannot easily see which job the overtime was caused by.

after adjusting time you should be able to go back to your same place on the list not start from the top each time

Have job statuses
I suggest having a drop down menu with job statuses such as 'in progress' 'complete' 'to be scheduled' etc. preferably with an admin setup option where we can create the list of statuses.
Ideally the guys in the field (from mobile app) should be able to change statuses (preferably we would be able to limit which statuses they can select from).
Last but not least it would be great to be able to sort jobs on the job page by status

Add folders for completed work
I do over 1,000 service calls a year, many times for the same customer. I would like to see a way to file the jobs in folders to make finding old jobs and notes easier and more accurate

Custom Logo on Reports
It would be great to be able to change the logo on the reports from the ClockShark logo to our company logo.
58 votesWe’ve release a new feature for our Pro Plan users that will allow you to upload a company logo and set a company display name, both of which will appear at the top of all report printouts.

Push Notifications To Employees
If an employee is pushing 8 hours of labor, a reminder to clock out would be very beneficial and perhaps another reminder every two hours after. If an employee is clocked out for lunch and an hour has passed, send a reminder to clock back in--they may have forgotten and returned back to work. Also, a reminder to clock out for lunch would be very helpful, perhaps after being clocked in 3.5-4 hours.
56 votesRecommended Reminders are now live! With this feature, you are able to remind employees via push notification to clock, start a break after a certain time, end their break after a certain time, and also clock out after a certain time.

Inactive jobs
When you make a job inactive it should go into an inactive file. That way it doesn't clog up your active jobs. Especially for those of us who have a lot of jobs going at one time

Add approval on employee timesheet screen.
Could you please add approval on the employee timesheet screen. That way I can approve each day worked. It doesnt help me to approve the week summary...because i cant see all of the details on that screen. Thank you!
43 votesI’m happy to say that this is complete! Now you can approve each employee’s day while you viewing their details. There is also a brand new weekly calendar summary, bulk actions, and linking to the timesheets right from the approvals!

Forms and checklists
It would be nice to have a feature that lets you add checklists and forms to jobs. Or possibly integrate with an existing forms app such as jot form or canvas.

With this feature, you can require employees to answer a set of questions to everyone, a specific department/location, or job. You can also be notified if a response is deemed as “unexpected.” This is great for verifying work safety, ensuring breaks are taken, retrieving the status of the job and more! Allow longer date ranges in reporting
Some reports only allow a maximum of 31 days for a report date range. Only the "job details" and "task details" reports allow 365 days, but I would like the same option for "employees summary" and other reports.

Attach notes to a job
Currently, notes attach to a job through an employee clocked into that job. It would be great if the notes could be accessed by the job and not through the employee that made them originally. We do not give all employees full access but there are times an employee needs to know what has been done on a job.

schedule
I would like a option for schedule days off , holidays etc. also would like to have the scheduler go at least a month out I know you can go a month but I think it should be like the one week two week option.
30 votesHey everyone! With our new PTO feature and PTO update, you can create as many PTO policies as you would like and your employees can belong to as many as they need.
With this you can create a “Holiday” policy and assign this PTO for everyone and have it show up on both the timesheets and schedule. We also do have a day, week, 2 week, and month view for the scheduler.

Color Labels for Jobs and Tasks within App to make it easier to select from a large list.
If the Job or Task was Colored, then the background of that item could reflect it in the app so that you could quickly locate the group of tasks/jobs you were looking for.

Warning, Flag or Error notice for overlapping times on time sheet
It would be very helpful if the time sheet would provide some sort of flag, caution, or error notice that 2 jobs have overlapping times allocated to them. Without an automated warning, there’s a very real possibility that an administrator won’t catch the error and an employee will be overpaid.

A check box for billable jobs on the phone app.
A check box on the phone app so that the field crews can quickly hit billable if they are doing service or a time and materials job. It even helps at the same job depending on the task being performed at the time.
26 votesHey everyone, Job Stages are officially finished and available on the mobile app. with this feature users can place a job into a custom stage (from the web and the mobile app) like “new”, “ready to be scheduled”, “in progress”, “complete”, “billed”, etc.

Need ability to bulk upload tasks from spreadsheet
We currently have an excel spreadsheet with over 150 MasterFormat cost codes.
Would like the ability to upload the spreadsheet data to Tasks instead of having to post each task/code individually.20 votesOur new Data Import feature has been finished!

Implement mass file attachment exporting
Could be as simple as "download all attachments" next to the job name in the Time Sheet web view.
Alternately, being able to select large numbers of attachments to export based on reporting criteria (job, employee, date range etc) would be excellent.
