Have job statuses
I suggest having a drop down menu with job statuses such as 'in progress' 'complete' 'to be scheduled' etc. preferably with an admin setup option where we can create the list of statuses.
Ideally the guys in the field (from mobile app) should be able to change statuses (preferably we would be able to limit which statuses they can select from).
Last but not least it would be great to be able to sort jobs on the job page by status

would like to see a completion section for my people to check a job off when they finish a job. would like to the completed checked jobs to be sent in an email to the admin users.

I have trouble keeping track of what scheduled jobs are complete, so once I bill them out I just delete them to avoid confusion. That makes it to where I can't use 90% of the charting features.

inside a job there needs to be billing options and a way to keep track of who has paid and who has not
reports to run daily or weekly or monthly etc

I agree, and an option to make this manditory. This will make it easier on backend to know when we can invoice a job.

Have a simple job completed or need to return check box so the guys click either of those option when clocking out of a job.

I need a way to mark the bubbles on the time sheet so I know if I've billed them or applied them to job costing. I don't need them locked with "Approval" and have many jobs per employee per day and week so location bundling within "Approved" doesn't work either. Right now I am using 1 minute lunch breaks to mark the bubbles. I think a simple radio button easily accessible on the time sheet could aid many of your customers with their wants & needs. I don't need that button to have a purpose but maybe it could be a variable, depending on what people need and therefore be accessible in reports as on or off. Thanks

Have a user field where we can change the job status (submitted, awaiting approval, payment due, etc...) Allow the user to set these different options and allow filtering jobs accordingly

-Ability to change the job color through the edit selection in schedule. I have color coded jobs but they change depending on the call. For example. We have a customer that has a maint agreement with us, they are purple most of the time but if a call is a call back I would like to make it orange so the techs can see it. If it is a new customer that is COD I have them in red but if its a call back I want it in Orange so the techs also know there is an invoice already open and they need to read the notes. The only way to change the color now is to go in and edit the job prior to assigning it.
Make open work orders available to complete in clock shark. For example if a technician gets done with his job(s) early, he can then choose an open work order ticket to go complete without having to call into the office to find out what's open.
suggest also allowing admin to be notified when Job or Task is completed.
