When you make a job inactive it should go into an inactive file. That way it doesn't clog up your active jobs. Especially for those of us who have a lot of jobs going at one time
Hey everyone, thanks for the feedback and sharing your idea with others!
I’m happy to say this is something that we actually added for tasks, employees, and jobs! On the each page now, you have the ability to view active the active items, inactive items, or all items!

This is a great and needed feature. I wish it was a tab instead of a dropdown menu. A tab would save you clicks between switching back & forth and easily identifiable at a glance.

I've asked for this feature a few years ago. It would be nice to have 'inactive' jobs moved to a separate location so you don't have to search through every job ever entered.

The system shall provide the ability to "archive" inactive jobs on the Admin>Jobs screen.
The ability to "archive" jobs on the Admin>Jobs screen allows the Administrative user account to view active jobs separately from the ability to view inactive jobs.

I would like to be able to pick inactive jobs by the week or month and inactivate them all at one time, but also know if they are currently on the schedule for future dates. We don't want our techs having a complete list of clients with their locations for security reasons.

All inactive jobs, tack and employees should go into a archive folder '

I agree. I have three locations and multiple jobs going on, some for over a year at a time. Being able to make them inactive wold be very helpful.

Leaving jobs viewable in the jobs list makes it difficult to find specific jobs when you have multiple pages of jobs. The only way to remove them now is to delete them, but I don't want to lose the data.
