Forms and checklists
It would be nice to have a feature that lets you add checklists and forms to jobs. Or possibly integrate with an existing forms app such as jot form or canvas.

With this feature, you can require employees to answer a set of questions to everyone, a specific department/location, or job. You can also be notified if a response is deemed as “unexpected.” This is great for verifying work safety, ensuring breaks are taken, retrieving the status of the job and more! I would like for employees to check off tasks completed within a job. I would like to pull up the job from computer and see who checked that it was completed and follow through that all tasks have been checked and the job completed. The ability for employees to pull up the job to see what else needs to be completed would be helpful as well.

I like the idea of the "tasks", to track what the guys do while on the clock. This is particularly helpful for the company I work for, as we are subcontractors in the glass installation business. Sometimes our clients want breakdowns of what our guys are spending their time doing (and getting paid to do) throughout the day. However, we don't like that the guys have to take their phones out and use them during the day to change their task, which is why we haven't been using "tasks" throughout the day. Currently the only task we have is "On site", which is selected when the guys clock in. It would be great if, at the end of the day when the guys clock out, there were boxes with different duties they could check off so we could see what they spent their time at work doing (installing, caulking, glazing, receiving new materials, etc.). This would eliminate the need for them to be taking their phones out while at work, thus maintaining professionalism in the eye of our clients, and yet still enable us to track different tasks that they accomplish throughout the day.
