Allow notifications to be sent to non administrators.
I have field coordinators that I would like to be able to receive notifications about employee clock in/out/location tamperings, but I cannot do that unless I make them admins. I am not really anxious to do that as I need to maintain some level of control over the jobs and employees.
Would be nice if there was an app alert since many employees don't check their email too often

When an employee forgets to or the app fails to process a clock out, they are automatically clocked out after 23 hours. (Yes, the app fails to clock people out quite often.) Administrators receive emails when this happens but I would love to have an app notification sent directly to the employee. Employees often fail to check their timesheets in the mornings to make sure they got clocked out the day before. A notification sent directly to them through the app will help with individual accountability because they will see it before they clock in and will be able to leave notes about their time for the previous day, and I won't have to bother forwarding them the missing out alert email that they never read anyway because most employees never check their email.
