Client Info (Phone, Email, Notes about client) should have dedicated spot under details.
There should be a way when adding a Job to add the Clients contact info (name, phone, notes such as gate access/personal note about client) and this info should show up at the top of the Details page. As of now you have to manually type in any contact info into the job notes (which should be reserved for notes about the job). This would not only look better from a UI perspective but would save the employee's time by having it under the Job name/# (above the address line).

Hey everyone! Happy to announce our new Customers feature!
This allows you to create a Customer to keep track of all your contacts, notes, jobs, attachments, and more that may revolve around a single Business or Individual. This is great for larger projects, recurring projects, and more.

For anyone else having issues with the hyperlinked phone numbers that Doug mentioned below, here is a quick video that shows you that functionality in action.

This would also be incredibly helpful for me. My employees are not broken down by department; they tend to work both. It's the JOBs that I need to be able to organize by department. It would also be great if each department could have their own set of tasks too.

By creating a customer entry that can have multiple jobs against it it would reduce the overhead for creating duplicate job entries for the same customer (name, address, contact, etc.) Would also allow better historical reporting of work for a customer and what employee worked on a customer over time.

Also to have the ability to have a different address then what is in billing would be great. We have clients with multiple addresses.

Please integrate this feature. Would be great to have this info sync with the calendar as location information. Right now having to do a lot of double work.

We would love to have a customer option. So you select Customer, then job then task, so that we can separate our jobs out as per customer

We could really use a way to post a job site but track the task(s) that would be associated to the Job Site. We have a number of job sites that have a huge array of individual units. With each unit we need to assign a contractual task(s) and its these tasks that we need to track and tabulate.

The phone numbers not being hyperlinked is dumb. Currently in order for me to call a customer I have to find the number in the notes.. Physically write the number down on paper then open up a phone dialing app and type the number in... Takes longer to do that process than it did to type out the process..
Needs fixed badly.

phone customer when tech is on the way or confirming they are home.

And the phone number of the client Needs to be a clickable Hyperlink so we can actually use it without writing the number down on a slip of paper and retype it into the phone again..

It would be nice if there were drop down jobs under each actual job. For Example: The job named "Party For The Parks" has a crew for the following: 1. Set Crew 2. Audio Op 3. Video Op 4. Strike Crew.

Make a separate entry for customers and subentries for multiple jobs under a customer.

It would be nice to have another category, to be able to group jobs. Some of our clients have 35 different job sites and it would be nice to be able to put all those jobs under the client name so our employees pick the client, then pick the job site, then pick the task. It would make the jobs screen more manageable for both employers and employees.

When I add a new "Job" it's often an apartment building with multiple parties involved so I'd like to have separate fields for each for ease of selection and reporting purposes.

option to add customer contact fields to job entry so staff can contact customers to reschedule or confirm they are home before heading to next job.

So we service approximately anywhere from 30 to 50 businesses a month. I'm wondering if there is a way to store these business names and addresses to make it easier when creating jobs that i could just click on it, so it will just show up instead of typing it in each time i create a new job. I'm looking to simplify the amount of work I currently do

I second this. I'd like to add that I would like to see he ability to change the mapping for how "jobs" connects. I have a slightly different type of company, and the ability to modify mapping would be really useful.

It would be helpful to be able to sort jobs by some sort of category, similar to what you can do with Employees and Departments. All of our jobs are assigned to specific manager it would be nice to be able to sort the jobs by the particular manager. Secondly some of our Jobs have multiple job site address. To allow ClockShark to work we have to separate the job into multiple Jobs in ClockShark. This is fine, but it would be nice to group these separate jobs in ClockShark.
