Task grouping
It would be nice to be able to create a task group for commonly used task.

Thanks for the great suggestion! Let’s let folks vote with you on this idea, and our development team can look to add it to ClockShark in a future update if it gathers great support. Of course, if you have any other suggestions or ideas, please just let me know @ morgan@clockshark.com. :)

It would save so much time if I was able to select multiple tasks at once, on some jobs i need to select over 200 task for employees to clock in against and selecting 1 and then having to re-enter the task drop down to select another is very time consuming.

I agree, lots of tasks - It is VERY ANNOYING, to add each task 1 by 1 to a Job. I want to grab a group. I can grab "Field" group containing all tasks and assign it the the job. Instead 40 tasks later. I have hundreds I only want the Job, which I split into two Field and Shop, only to see their tasks.

It would be great to be able to set up job types, so that we could check a box and it would pre-populate certain tasks/employees/etc. We have diverse jobs and most jobs don't need all the tasks, just a select few. The problem is that you can't copy and paste a task list to the job, so you have to sit there and either scroll+click or type in each task number. Then if you forget to add one and someone doesn't tip you off, all the time is incorrectly allocated and you have to go back and fix it all. What it comes down to is there needs to be a better way to get certain jobs certain tasks so employees don't even have the option to clock in under the wrong task, and since certain types of jobs use the same tasks, it makes sense to be able to classify them.

It would be great if you could create task groupings (for example, we have duplicate tasks, but they are used on different jobs from the original tasks, but we'd have to add every single (50+) task in jobs in order to restrict them for each job). If we had groupings for tasks, we could put all of a particular type of task in one group so we'd have to add just the group rather than the individual task in the "allow only" within the job. The employees wouldn't even necessarily need to see the groups, just the admins for ease of setting up jobs and not having to correct tasks so much because employees clock into the wrong version of their task.

Have the ability to create lists of Employees and Tasks that can be pasted into Jobs that have the same crew and tasks assigned. We have many Jobs that have the same people and tasks and entering them over and over is time consuming, when using "Allow Only"
