hours double due to task/job
What I have found is that if an employee is scheduled for a 2 hour job at point A but never gets there because he is at point B and logged in there his hours add both jobs to his time for the day. Maybe an alert to the admin as to doubled hours could be added as a safeguard?
Hey Vicki, this should not be the case. If an employee is scheduled for Job B, but never makes it there because he is stuck at Job A, then only the Job A hours count. If you look at the Timesheets you will see both jobs there, but Job A should have all the hours and Job B should say “missing clock in – 0 hours”.
