I would love to input pay rate against my crews hours and automatically have the pay sum available when I issue checks. Can we do that?

We have added pay rates that you can set under each employee. With this information you can run a report to see the total amount of money spent for each job, employee, or task. They are meant as an estimate as we don’t calculate taxes or anything like that. Let me know if this helps!
