Add folders for completed work
I do over 1,000 service calls a year, many times for the same customer. I would like to see a way to file the jobs in folders to make finding old jobs and notes easier and more accurate
Hey everyone! Happy to announce our new Customers feature!
This allows you to create a Customer to keep track of all your contacts, notes, jobs, attachments, and more that may revolve around a single Business or Individual. This is great for larger projects, recurring projects, and more.
Check out this article (https://help.clockshark.com/en/articles/3944382-how-to-enable-and-use-clockshark-customers) to get started!

Allow us to add a job while we are editing an employees time card. Sometimes a small job is not added, or the employee doesnt know the address. It would be helpful for administrators to be able to this. Also, i would like to see a job status button current, finished, pending, delayed, maybe phases 1,2,3 etc. The job list gets very long and there is no way of marking them without deleting. I don't want to delete them because often we work on the job again. The ability to pull a report of job status would be great too, that allows us to make notes of what needs to be done to finish the job. Then we can give the list to a forman and he can complete the punch lists.
Hey this is SO important for us. We have many customers and within those customer we have tons of jobs. If we can have it sorted by customer that would really help us out.
- Completed Jobs
An archive feature. As projects closeout we remove them from our "Jobs List" on ClockShark, however, it would be nice to have these Jobs kept in an Archive so upon getting a call back or needing to revisit that job for any reason we could pull up a Job we have already erased from the Jobs list.

Allow grouping jobs that are not active in a separate screen so you can view only active jobs.

This would be a great feature. A bin system to organize assigned, unassigned, and completed jobs

When they are marked in-active - where can you find the data from old jobs? Also, If a job is deleted - how can I get info on job ?

Yes please!! This would make an admins job so much easier!

This is already part of the program. In the jobs section you can make a job active or inactive. If its inactive it doesnt show up for the field to select. This is good, we had a couple instances when an employee logged into a closed job that was not updated to inactive. Take a look and see if this is what you are looking for. Create an archive folder feature that allows a Deactived job to go into an Archive folder, so only Active jobs show up on job list. If a job needed to be made Active, it would have to be made Active from the Archive folder.
You can already do this by going to the admin page, going to jobs, and making them inactive. Then they don't show up anywhere else but you still have their data. If you use quickbooks you can also make them inactive in your quickbooks customer list and it transfers over to clockshark.

Need the ability to move jobs that are not active to folders for organization. As a future feature, I would like to be able to file away completed jobs, whether locally or in your cloud. I can imagine that after a year or two, this job page will become quite onerous with hundreds of entries to sort through. As we use ClockShark, we have jobs active, jobs quoted but not approved, jobs denied, jobs invoiced and jobs completed and ready to invoice. It would be nice to be able to move jobs out of the jobs screen to facilitate easier searching.
