Only have current jobs listed.
Have the ability to close jobs once they’re finished
Hey everyone, wanted to let you know that this is possible! You can inactivate or delete jobs and still keep all the time records for them.
A new feature we added lets you view all your jobs, just inactive jobs, or just active jobs.
There was also a new idea listed in the comments that requests the ability to download lists for active jobs. This is something ClockShark Support can do for you if you request it. But I will add a new idea for this to be available on the user’s side.

For QBO this depends on your setting for the Sync Direction between QBO and ClockShark. For example if you have it set to sync changes in QBO to ClockShark, then deactivating the Customer will cause the Job in ClockShark to be deactivated as well, and vice versa if your sync setting is in the opposite direction. Hope that clears things up!

I inactivated jobs in QuickBooks, but they are still showing in ClockShark.
