Currently both active and inactive jobs are visible meaning you have to scroll through numerous pages to reach a specific job. The "inactive" jobs should be able to be hidden when not needed.6 votes
Hey Stacey, thanks for the feedback and sharing your idea with others!
I’m happy to say this is something that we actually added! On the jobs page now, you have the ability to view active jobs, inactive jobs, or all jobs!

Now that Sage 100 Contractor has upgraded to a sql platform, it would be great to be able to upload time sheets right to Sage payroll as it does with Quickbooks. I think this would open ClockShark to another large market opportunity also.17 votes
ClockShark hours/times timesheets not imported into QBOnline payroll?
Tried to import timesheets from ClockShark to QBOnline, it worked but when I go to run payroll, the hours/times do not show up on the payroll time sheet. Do we have to manually enter them or how can we get this info imported so we show it on the employees paycheck.
Greatly appreciate any info you can provide.9 votes
