If an employee punched in hours, those hours should integrate with QuickBooks, even if the employee was subsequently made inactive. Right now if an employee works Mon thru Fri, and gets laid off on Friday, the hours worked will not integrate with QuickBooks the following week, because the employee was made inactive.3 votes
I would love to see clockshark create subtask that roll up into task that will link to a quickbooks service item.
Say you have 6 service items within quick books that you use for invoicing. As this time only one task from clock shark will link to a service item in quick books. So if i am performing several levels of billable task within a clock shark task those levels of task will not link to quick books during a sync. I don't need several service items or even track several task within quick books but i do need to be able to create a report from clock shark that breaks those task out into hourly formats.1 vote

When exporting billable time to QBO, I need to go through the time sheet and manually adjust the bill rates based on the equipment being used. I would prefer to be able to set a rate per task, that would automatically match to QBO timesheets for billing purposes.4 votes
Just as an update for this feature request, this is something we currently have under review. It involves us making some changes to the way the QBO integration currently works, but we know it would be an incredibly valuable ability!
when new job is added in quick books have it also enable gofence in clock shark, so we don't have to manually do it
when adding a new job to quick books and then it updates in to clock shark have it enable the gofence. This eliminates having to manually go in to enable it.1 vote

Add something like a symbol onto the timesheets for that week that tells you whether the timesheets for that week have been exported to QB. Currently unless you check QB there is no way of telling on Clocksharks if a timesheet has been exported or not.1 vote
