In previous updates, we mentioned that you can see the budgeted hours vs. the actual hours work on the Jobs list page. However, some people wanted their crew leaders to see this information without making them admins.
We do have a new “edit jobs” manager permission which allows employees with this permission to view/edit Jobs just like admins can.
This allows you to assign this power to employees without having to make them a full admin.
We would still like a report of scheduled/budgeted time vs. actual time worked, however. Thanks for the continued support!

I definitely think it would be really useful to gain quick access to see who has access to what. That way you would be able to see who has access to certain Jobs and Tasks, or even vice versa.

Hey Krystal, thank you for providing this idea and letting us know of these developments. Always good to know what certain areas are going to require.
I’m unsure of Sandata as a whole, but with limited work time and lots of ideas, we prioritize all suggestions with the most traction and support. Let keep the votes coming and we can look into this.
