A more robust OT feature would be convenient to have, especially if your company follows a different overtime policy than 40 hours a week. We’ll keep monitoring this for votes, so please share your thoughts below, everyone.
This is an excellent idea, Peter. We did recently add a printable version of the schedule calendar, which can provide the information you’re looking for.

Depending on what information needs to be communicated to employees (schedule changes, upcoming job start time), there may already be a notification available in ClockShark. Feel free to check out http://help.clockshark.com/knowledgebase/articles/1133746-using-notifications to see how those notifications suit your needs. :)
Regarding the ability to craft particular messages and send them directly through the app, this is a request that we are hearing more-and-more. I’m sharing this with our development team, and we’ll continue to monitor the votes here for this idea, so we can know when we should add that for you.

Have a feature to text or email the customer when the service person is on the way to them.
Set up options would be to allow the administrator or the servicer to send it.
Text, email or both would be in the customer set up.
Could add Geo tracking to automatically send it when the tech is a certain distance.
