    I’m happy to say that we are currently in the process of planning and building a new feature that allows you to assign jobs to a customer. So be on the look out, great things coming soon!

    This idea in particular is a little tricky because it is a big change that can affect lots of aspects across the entire platform. But as we grow we will continue to assess the ways that we can meet the needs of our users.

    -Ability to change the job color through the edit selection in schedule. I have color coded jobs but they change depending on the call. For example. We have a customer that has a maint agreement with us, they are purple most of the time but if a call is a call back I would like to make it orange so the techs can see it. If it is a new customer that is COD I have them in red but if its a call back I want it in Orange so the techs also know there is an invoice already open and they need to read the notes. The only way to change the color now is to go in and edit the job prior to assigning it.

    -A job queue option for service companies.
    -An option to click on the job through Admin. job tab to see who the history of that job. I know this is an option but it takes a lot of steps to get there. Reports, job, date, employee. I would like to see the history of the job in one to two clicks without having to enter a date range because sometimes I dont have it.
    -A GEO ping on employees location where they clock in and out for lunch. Have employees clocking in at 30 minutes regardless of location, they have figured out there is a 14 minute ping delay. Exact time has this feature.
    -The option to allow employees to see and edit jobs for other employees but not able to edit their own clock ins and outs. It's a combo feature right not. But I have a couple employees that switch their jobs around which is fine but they can then edit their own clock in/out and I don't want that.

    The ideas you suggested are dumb.

    Thanks for sharing your support for this idea here! As support continues to mount for this idea, our development team will plan how to bring this to you in ClockShark. :)

    Reading this idea, and all the comments below, I can see that the consensus is that administrators would like a way to designate an Off/Holiday/PTO day, without having to insert any time for an employee. Currently, in ClockShark there is an available workaround that’s equivalent to the feature being requested.
