I would like to be able to search a customer name or work order number to see if a service call has been booked for a client. This would be a plus and make this schedule work a whole lot better. Not having this function is using up alot of our time in the office
Thanks for this suggestion, Matthew. Getting all the notes/attachments quickly for specific dates is something we have been considering, so thanks for providing a place where other users can voice their support for the idea.Derek Conrod commented
When going into a detailed report I should see everything that goes with the job.....time, notes and attachments.
Having to go back to time sheets to fill in the gaps of what the "detailed" report should show is very time consuming. When doing a detailed report as it states should be detailed. This is how things get missed.
Hey everyone, thanks for the votes and the comments on this idea! Currently we have the ability for the employee to leave notes on the timesheet, as well as having an admin add notes/attachments to the job itself. These are available to be seen by the employee for more direction about that job.
We are exploring a more collaborative feature where the employee notes will be visible by the job that way you can easily view everything getting done as it pertains to each job!
