Hey Fergus, thanks for providing your feedback and idea! I’m a little curious because I’ve never run into this before.
Is there a specific employee or set of employees that are uploading grainy photos? Would love to check it out and make sure everything is working properly!

Thanks for your response. We take photographs to monitor quality on site and often need to zoom in a little to see something a little more closely. Unfortunately, the resolution provided by the Clockshark upload is not of a good enough quality to do this and it's even a little unclear when put on a PC screen, without zooming in at all. It's an issue when trying to see detail of something that our staff have installed on a building.
I just took a couple of photos on my phone and uploaded them to my timesheet on Say 16th. I can email the actual photos to you if you want to take a look at the originals.

Hey everyone thanks for sharing your feedback and concerns.
We are always working to improve the GPS functionality and close any holes that are being exploited. This is not something that is that easy to do with the way the devices work and the limitations imposed by the Android and iOS operating systems. We do expect that we will keep making improvements and are working on that always. There is also a degree of employee education involved and at times when employees are doing the wrong thing they will need to be talked to. Please feel free to share any additional concerns and we will keep working to deliver the best GPS experience possible.Fergus Mc Manamon supported this idea ·
